Shipping

All of our koi are double bagged and placed in sturdy Styrofoam shipping boxes to minimize temperature fluctuations during shipment. The Styrofoam box is then sealed into a cardboard outer carton to further ensure the safety of your koi. Box charges are $10.00 per box.

All shipments are effected by air from Seatac airport in Seattle Washington. The average cost for shipping a box of koi within the continental United States is $65.00.

Terms

• All prices are quoted F.O.B. Seattle in U.S. dollars.
• All sizes are approximate.
• There is a $35.00 packing and handling charge on orders under $500.00 in invoice value.
• Pan Intercorp will prepay your freight on koi orders over $1,000.00.
• All koi are subject to prior sale.
• Pan Intercorp guarantees live arrival to the airport nearest you. (You must pick up shipment within two hours of arrival.)
• Orders may be prepaid by credit card, check, wire or money order.
